DXD was formed in 2018 out of a passion for small business & the recognition that each business & business owner is unique.

DXD has been deliberately kept small in order to provide a very personal and hands-on service to clients.

Dawn is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) having qualified with Deloittes in 1996. She has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry with the majority spent with multinational firms in a range of highly commercial environments. She is also an ICAEW Business and Finance Professional (BFP).

DXD’s Practising Certificate is approved & issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).

DXD is a registered agent with HMRC for VAT, Self-Assessment & Corporation Tax.
